Who we are

Speakr is a voice AI service operated by Flexifunnels. You can reach us at support@flexifunnels.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email and (if you provide it) display name.
• Voice samples: reference + consent audio you upload to clone a voice.
• Scripts and outputs: text you submit and audio we generate from it.
• Usage: which features you use and how much, for quotas and billing.
• Payment: handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.

How we use your data

• To provide voice generation, cloning, and transcription you request.
• To enforce our consent verification step (mandatory for cloning).
• To prevent abuse, including deepfake misuse of cloned voices.
• To bill you per your plan via Stripe.

We do not use your voice samples or generated audio to train our underlying models. Audio is stored only so you can access your library and so we can fulfill future generations using your cloned voices.

Where your data lives

• Audio files: Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest).
• Account + metadata: Supabase Postgres (encrypted at rest, RLS-enforced).
• GPU inference: RunPod Serverless (workers wiped between jobs; no persistent training data).

Your rights

• Access, export, or delete your data at any time.
• Revoke a voice clone, which deletes the reference + all generations.
• Cancel your subscription with no further charges.
